2/04/2019 John and his team came in to assess and fix an issue with mold in our master bath. They cleared out the problem, and recommended and installed several new vents to prevent future issues. They showed up, got to work, and cleaned up after themselves each day with no issues and clearly explained everything they did. Would definitely recommend for mold removal.

7/14/2018 - John Ashton was efficient, timely, professional, thorough and was fair, honest with his recommendations. The lab reports were detailed and accompanied by his "plain English" explanation. He is also very easy to communicate with- like I was talking to a childhood friend. Highly recommend.

They came out to give an estimate for a 3x3 section of mold in my crawl space due to improper hvac insulation. He quoted me $12,500. He wanted to rip up floor, cabinets, countertops when it was totally unnecessary. I called another company and they took care of it easily for $1000. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Beware! By the way, my house was under contract which I'm sure made him see dollar signs! Don't be fooled!

8/24/2017 I called and set an appointment. They texted me later that night to reschedule for Sunday. I had no real problem with it and rescheduled. Appointment time on Sunday comes and goes while I wait. Never heard from him. Texted him back asking what happened, still no response a day later. Maybe something happened but seems like poor organization and communication.

Excellent service. They did what they said they would do. He was very knowledgeable about the law and they were very cost effective.
I was considering doing some work adding gutters and a drainage system. They were that quickest to return my phone call and they had a complete bid back to me the next day. It even had diagrams!
Great Serivce! John was very knowledgeable and upfront. I respect the fact that he did what said he would do, in a timely manner and cost efficient. I also appreciate the fact that he made aware of some state and federal laws/rights regarding my issue. I felt that he was very honest and would recommend his services.
John was very professional and explained thoroughly what the project consisted of and how he will support us after the work was complete with any future issues or questions.
